Balika Tours & Travels (P)Ltd, was Started in the year 1994. With a modest Turnover of 0.06 Million Dollars, the Company has achieved a Turnover of 0.89 Million Dollars in the year 2002-03. During this Period, Balika was identified as one of the better Travel Agents who serves the Corporate Sector in this part of the Country.

In 1996 Taxi Operation was commenced. Balika was instrumental in revolutionising the Taxi Operations in this part of the country, with very well organised tours and well maintained fleet of Cars and Tours conducted for Corporates.

In 2002, as an extension of its activities, Balika became a Corporate Agent for M/s. Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Limited for General Insurance Business.

In 2003, Balika formed a separate firm "Balika Air Services" to take care of the Ground Handling Services of Airlines. Presently, "Balika Air Services", is the Ground Handling Agent for Air Deccan at Madurai.
